HS Umformtechnik can also produce thin-walled stainless steel pipe bends in radii of 1,200 mm and 1,500 mm to outside diameters of 204.0 mm / 206.0 mm. By expanding the machine park with another CNC mandrel bending machine, HS Umformtechnik has increased its production capacity and made it more flexible.

HS Umformtechnik is pleased to present you a new product novelty. From now on, you will also find pneumatic tube steel pipe bends in our product range.
The unannealed and annealed stainless steel pipe bends for tube systems offer a lot of advantages to you. For example, there will be no more deformation of roundness when cutting bends on site. The pickled surface provides an appealing look, while the product itself already provides an easier extension-pipe/tiered pipe bend construction.
With our many years of experience we can deliver our products worldwide, and can pack your goods securely and according to the applicable regulations in seaworthy crates, in accordance with IPPC standard ISPM No. 15.
HS Umformtechnik puts an end to wear – with our newly developed highly wear-resistant double-skin pipe bends!
In pneumatic conveying systems, conveying abrasive products – in particular at high conveying speeds – leads to abrasion and thus to wear in the pipe bends. In order to prevent this, the pipe bend of our highly wear-resistant DWR double-skin stainless pipe bends is encased in a second pipe bend, which creates a double-walled chamber.
This year, the POWTECH took place from 19 to 21 April 2016. More than 16,000 trade visitors visited the exhibition centre in Nuremberg, where roughl 890 exhibitors from more than 30 countries showcased their products and innovations. As usually, the leading fair for mechanical processing put special attention on topics such as the handling of granulate, powder and bulk material technologies, which were presented to the audience by interesting lectures, trade booths and live performances of more than 3,500 machines.
