General information on data protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously.

HS Umformtechnik GmbH takes all necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction and misuse. Your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is inaccessible to the public.
In certain cases, your personal information will be encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This means that the communication between your computer and the servers of HS Umformtechnik GmbH takes place using a recognized encryption method, if your browser supports SLL.

Personal data

Personal data are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as your real name, your address, your telephone number, your email address, your date of birth. Information that is not associated with your real identity – such as favorite websites or number of users of a page – are not personal data.

 

Collection and processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 a) – c) GDPR

We collect and process your personal data in the context of proper commercial offer / order processing, as well as for sending information materials, such as brochures and price lists in the context of pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 para. 1 a) – c) GDPR. For this we collect your data in our inventory management program. We only process data that you have voluntarily provided us with. The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. As far as personal data are collected on our pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis, e.g. as part of a request for information via our contact form. The collection of this data is done to the extent necessary to process your requests and in the case of Follow-up questions. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.
By default, if you visit our website, our web servers temporarily store for a period of up to 90 days for the purpose of system security, usually only 35 days, only the connection data of the requesting computer, the websites you visit with us, the date, the Duration of the visit, the recognition data of the type of browser and operating system used and the website from which you visit us.

Use of Google Adwords

Contradiction advertising emails
