At our production sites in Grünsfeld-Paimar and Königheim, we manufacture high-quality components on around 16,000 m² of production space, including long-radius pipe bends, pipe couplings, branch and transition pieces, suction lances, coupling stations, as well as customer-specific stainless steel parts manufactured to drawing.

A key competitive advantage of HS Umformtechnik is our exceptionally extensive inventory. At our logistics center, spanning around 5,000 m², we keep a wide range of standard dimensions permanently in stock — ensuring short lead times and maximum planning reliability.

In addition to formed components, we also stock stainless steel pipeline tubes in a variety of diameters and wall thicknesses. These are available in proven stainless steel grades such as 1.4301 (AISI 304) and 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

All tubes are specifically designed for pneumatic conveying processes and meet the highest standards in terms of product purity and process stability. Their inner surfaces are especially smooth and clean, free from weld seam protrusions, making them ideal for preventing material build-up, abrasion, and product deposits — a key factor when handling sensitive conveyed media.
